Pro Bono

WINHELLER Attorneys at Law strive every year to handle at least one case as a pro bono case; that is, to provide legal consulting at no charge to clients to help overcome existence crises. A prerequisite is that the matter is within the legal areas we are specialized in, and that it is legally significant and important for the existence of the client. In addition, for professional responsibility reasons, the total remission of the attorney fees is possible only if the client is indigent and unable to pay the fees.
