About
Attorney Christian Zeller heads WINHELLER's Employment Law department. He advises our clients – primarily international mid-range businesses from the financial sector – on all fields of Employment Law. His main focus is corporate restructuring and transactions, for which he develops comprehensive and well-structured employment strategies. In addition, he provides legal advice to directors and managerial staff on all facets of their personal employment relationships. In the field of Corporate Law, Christian Zeller chiefly advises on international corporate reorganization and transaction processes. He also counsels our international clients on commercial disputes.
Christian Zeller successfully represents our clients' interests in court proceedings as well as in out-of-court negotiations. He is frequently involved in enforcing our international clients' claims before German Civil and Employment Courts.
Before joining WINHELLER Attorneys at Law, Christian Zeller gained professional experience in the Corporate & Employment Law departments of a renowned large law firm in Auckland, New Zealand. Prior to this, he worked for a boutique transaction law firm, specializing in the banking sector, and for a large international law firm – both located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
Christian Zeller studied law with an international emphasis in London (United Kingdom), Frankfurt am Main and Mannheim. Following the completion of his studies he was employed as a research assistant at the Institute for Employment, Business and Civil Law at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt.
In his spare time Christian Zeller is completing his doctoral thesis on European Corporate & Employment Law. He has published several articles in professional journals on topics concerning Employment Law and Contract Law.
