Atty. Christian Zeller

About

Attorney Christian Zeller heads WINHELLER's Employment Law department. He advises our clients – primarily, but not exclusively, international mid-range businesses from the financial sector – on all fields of employment law. He develops comprehensive and well-structured employment strategies in addition to providing legal advice to directors and managerial staff on their personal employment relationships. Christian Zeller successfully defends our clients' interests in court proceedings as well as in out-of-court-negotiations. He is authorized to act for our clients before all German Employment Courts including the Federal Employment Court.

Due to his litigation experience, Christian Zeller is frequently involved in enforcing our international clients' claims before German Civil Courts. Furthermore, he advises our clients as to all questions of Corporate Law. He is, in particular, counselling our international clients on corporate and commercial agreements.

Before joining WINHELLER Attorneys at Law, Christian Zeller gained professional experience in the employment & litigation department of a well-respected large law firm in Auckland, New Zealand. Prior to this Christian Zeller worked for a boutique employment law firm, specializing in the banking sector, and for a large international law firm – both located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Christian Zeller studied law with an international emphasis in London (United Kingdom), Frankfurt am Main and Mannheim. Following the completion of his studies he was employed as a research assistant at the Institute for Employment, Business and Civil Law at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt.

In his spare time Christian Zeller is completing his doctoral thesis on German and European employment law. He has published several articles in professional journals on topics concerning employment law and contract law.
