Attorney Thorsten Franke-Roericht works for our firm’s department of Tax Law, Foundation and Nonprofit Law and closely cooperates with Attorney Stefan Winheller. He is also Head of Department of Tax Litigation and Tax Fraud.
In his fields of speciality Thorsten Franke-Roericht advises individuals, medium sized businesses and nonprofit entities by offering both extra-judicial services as well as representation in court. In the field of tax fraud, Thorsten Franke-Roericht primarily advises and represents high net-worth individuals.
Thorsten Franke-Roericht studied law at the University of Bielefeld with a major in tax law. At the same time he completed a two-year university language training in English Law. During his studies, he continued his education at the University of Munster in the field of International Taxation and gained work experience, for instance in the Department for White Collar Crime of an international mega law firm's Berlin office. Most recently, Thorsten Franke-Roericht worked as a research associate in one of the top law firms specializing in tax law and tax fraud in Germany.
