Dr. h.c. Rudolf Doering works as an outside expert and of counsel to the WINHELLER firm´s Karlsruhe branch. He mainly advises private foundations and other charitable organizations as well as medium-sized companies from a wide range of business fields.

Rudolf Doering looks back on a career of more than seven years as a legal adviser with one of the big four accounting firms. Furthermore, he worked in executive positions at a German medium-sized wholesale company for 17 years, 14 of them as the company´s CEO. Having changed to freelance work, he now shares his profound experiences regarding matters of management consultancy and legal advice preferably with charitable organizations located in Southern Germany as well as struggling medium-sized business companies. In this respect, a focal point of his work is restructuring, rebuilding and reorganizing major nonprofit organizations and forprofit companies.
