Christoph Klein

German Attorney at Law

Atty. Christoph Klein

About

Christoph Klein specializes in the law of charitable organizations and in the labor and employment law.

He advises and represents nonprofit associations and private foundations as well as medium-sized companys, many of them from outside of Germany, in all labor and employment law matters. In this regard he focuses on negotiating out-of-court settlements with employees on behalf of our corporate clients which often includes marathon discussions and negotiations with staff representatives and trade unions. While working on these issues Christoph always keeps in mind the flexibilities of the German social security laws which help find proper solutions even in problematic and complex situations. Besides his out-of-court work Christoph also represents our clients before all German authorities and civil and labor courts if litigation is inevitable to resolve the matter.

Christoph Klein studied law at the University of Constance and the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer. In the course of his studies he worked for the University of Constance´s Chair of Civil Law, Labor Law, European Law, and International Private Law and soon specialized in his working fields. Because of his special interests in the Italian legal system and his knowledge of the Italian language, he successfully interned with Italian law firms in Milan and Rome.
