Our clients generally come from a wide range of businesses even though we mainly represent companies and individuals in the entertainment, media and internet industry as well as German and foreign financial institutions in all capital market, corporate, employment law and tax law matters. Since our firm´s inception, we are also known among German scholars and clients for our expertise regarding the law of charitable and other nonprofit organizations and private foundations. As a Germany-based law firm we, of course, do represent a large number of German clients. However, we are very proud of our diversified and truly international client base: almost half of our clients come from outside of Germany, specifically from the USA, from Russia, India and the People´s Republic of China.
