Winheller Attorneys at Law generally offer their services on the basis of an hourly or daily fee. In complicated and extensive cases we often agree to a flat fee for our legal work. For long-term cases, we also offer a long-term consulting agreement which ensures you legal advice at any time within a flexible hourly contingent. In certain cases, we occasionally bill on the basis of the German Code of Attorney Fees. In high-profile antitrust cases a contingency fee is possible if a third party like our US partner firm Schiffrin Barroway Topaz & Kessler, LLP agrees to finance your case. Our fee structure is as flexible as our personal legal advice. Be assured that our legal work is worth its price.

Please note that if it should be necessary to represent your interests before a court, we are required by law to bill the minimum statutory legal fees pursuant to the German Code of Attorney Fees if these would be higher than the fees according to our fee agreement. We thoroughly discuss attorney fees and costs during our first talk with our clients. Please do not hesitate to ask us for the applicable fees! We will inform you about all fee aspects. Truth and clarity apply from the beginning of our cooperative work.
