Dr. h.c. Rudolf Döring works as an outside expert and of counsel
for the Winheller Law Firm´s Karlsruhe branch. He mainly advises
our clients on all questions concerning private foundations
and other charitable organizations and also counsels medium-sized
companies from a wide range of businesses.
Rudolf Döring looks back on a career of more than seven years
as a legal adviser with one of the big four accountancy firms.
Furthermore, he worked in executive positions at a German
medium-sized wholesale company for 17 years, 14 of them as
the company´s CEO. Having changed to freelance work, he now
shares his profound experiences regarding matters of consultancy
and legal advice preferably with charitable organizations
located in Southern Germany. In this respect, a focal point
of his work is restructuring, rebuilding and reorganizing
