Ms. Daniela Hirsch is specialized in the fields of German labor and employment law and securities law. She is in charge of the firm´s securities litigation department and advises aggrieved private and institutional investors on how to recover damages suffered from stock price losses and capital investment fraud.

Ms. Hirsch often appears in court on behalf of her clients such as German and international small and medium-sized companies, highly compensated executive managers, and sportsmen. She supports and advises her clients from the beginning of their employer-employee relationship until its termination.

In addition, she is committed to enforce her clients´ claims for performance or damages against publicly traded companies, auditors, investment advisors, banks, insurance companies, and initiators of fraudulent capital investments. In cases which require profound legal expertise in foreign jurisdictions, which often happens in complex securities law cases, thus making the enforcement of her client´s claim more complicated, she confidently cooperates with our international partner law firms.

Ms. Daniela Hirsch studied law at the universities of Mannheim and Mainz as well as at the German University of Administrative Sciences in the city of Speyer with German labor and employment law as her major.

Ms. Hirsch constantly improves her skills in her specialities as well as beyond in close-by fields of interest. For example, she completed an intense postgraduate study program specializing her in labor and tax law at the Stuttgart Taxation and Economy Academy. Prior to joining Winheller Attorneys at Law Ms. Hirsch worked for a medium-sized law firm close-by the city of Stuttgart in Southern Germany.
