Mr. Michael Rinné is a German
and US business lawyer and practices out of his office in
the San Francisco Bay Area, California (USA). As an of counsel
of the firm he represents our German and international individual
and corporate clients involved in cross-border transactions
and international business. Mr. Rinné focuses on international
and US business law, US contract law, US corporate law, and
US commercial litigation. He has been advising numerous clients
on how to set up subsidiaries or branches in the US for sucessfully
marketing their goods, products and services in the United
States.
Mr. Rinné received his J.D. from the Eberhard-Karls-University
Tübingen and later on clerked for the honorable judge
Schaefer at the District Court Hechingen, Germany. After obtaining
his LL.M. degree from Golden
Gate University, San Francisco (USA)
Mr. Rinné was employed as an associate attorney with
the San Francisco-based law firm of Gartenberg Gelfand Wasson
& Selden LLP where he mainly practiced in the areas of US
business law and litigation.
In 2007 Mr. Rinné joined Winheller Attorneys at Law.
Since then he is in charge of the firm´s US law department.
