About
Since having joined Winheller Attorneys at Law, Mr. Thomas Schwab mainly handles general contract and business law matters. Mr. Schwab drafts all kinds of business contracts and general terms and conditions, enforces our clients´ claims against belated debitors and regularly represents our clients in and out of court.

Besides his general business and contract law practice, Mr. Schwab specifically focuses on advising German and other European clients on all US immigration and visa law issues. He informs our clients who intend to travel or even immigrate to the US for personal or business reasons on all applicable visa requirements and makes sure that our clients are well represented during the entire application process before the US General Consulate. Mr. Schwab takes care of any preliminary strategic considerations before applying for a visa and accompanies our clients until the desired visa is finally issued.

Oftentimes the visa application process is closely linked to questions of US corporate law. This is especially true with regard to all visa categories that require a substantial investment in the US. In these cases, Mr. Schwab relies on our of counsel experts and cooperating partner firms in the US and together with them takes all necessary steps for setting up and properly structuring the US company.

At Freiburg University Mr. Schwab not only studied law but also enrolled for philosophy, musicology, English, and French literature.
