Karina Faulwetter studied law and works as a German Business Lawyer at the WINHELLER office in Frankfurt/Main. She is assoiciated in our department of banking and capital markets law with a focus on the authorization procedure from the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and blockchain-based business models. Within our Russian Desk, she also assumes the professional management with regard to Russian law. As a registered legal services provider in foreign law (Russia), she also assumes the professional leadership within our Russian Desk with regard to Russian law.

Karina Faulwetter studied law at Tomsk State University in Russia and at Goethe University in Frankfurt/Main. In addition, she obtained the title Business Lawyer (LL.B.) through her Bachelor of Laws studies at the Distance-Learning University of Hagen.

Karina Faulwetter has been assisting our firm since February 2020. Prior to joining WINHELLER, she worked with other firms, including the Frankfurt office of the business law firm Norton Rose Fulbright LLP.
