In particular, he represents and assists employers - both commercial enterprises as well as nonprofit institutions and professional associations - in employment law, also in connection with collective labor law issues. When employment relationships are terminated (limited term, notice of termination), he assists our clients throughout the entire out-of-court process and, if necessary, also in court, including disputes over references. In addition to handling all types of employment law problems, Lars Gerbe also assists our clients with any social law issues that may arise in connection with employment law, in particular with regard to status determination procedures and questions of pseudo self-employment, but also in cases of temporary staff leasing.
In our M&A practice group, attorney Lars Gerbe takes care of all employment and social law issues arising in transactions and in the context of drafting contracts and implementing corporate structures.
Lars Gerbe completed his law studies with a focus on employment law and social law at the Ruprecht-Karls-University of Heidelberg. He spent his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe - also with a focus on employment law and with an assignment at the Social Court. Before joining WINHELLER as an attorney, Lars Gerbe worked for several years as a research assistant in our employment law department.
