Christine Pauly, German Attorney at Law and German Certified Tax Advisor, works at our main office in Frankfurt/Main. She provides our clients with comprehensive advice in all areas related to tax law as well as inheritance law and corporate law. Her clients include both national and international commercial enterprises from various industries and of different sizes and legal forms as well as nonprofit organizations, private individuals and family businesses.
In addition to being responsible for the preparation of financial accounts, annual financial statements and business tax returns, she advises on tax structuring issues and on structuring of companies and organizations. Many of her clients have links to English-speaking and French-speaking countries.
Her consulting services also focus on (business) succession planning, starting with preliminary tax and structural planning right up to the drafting of contracts, e.g. from wills and contracts of donation to the amendment of articles of association.
Christine Pauly trained as an assistant tax consultant and studied law at the universities of Bonn and Cologne. Parallel to her subsequent legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne, she completed an M.B.A. in Financial Management at the University of Wales in cooperation with the distance learning program at the University of Hagen.
Before joining WINHELLER, she worked for two of the Big Four accounting firms for roughly six years and for a medium-sized law firm in Darmstadt for several years. Christine Pauly enjoys taking breaks from work and family by cycling.
