Alexander Vielwerth is a German attorney at law who supports our firm in the fields of corporate law and tax law at our headquarters in Frankfurt/Main. His main focus is on associations, foundations, gGmbHs (nonprofit limited companies) and cooperatives. He also teaches at Münster University for the master’s program „Nonprofit-Management and Governance“ and at the Abbe-Institut für Stiftungswesen (Institute for Foundation-Studies) at the University Jena in this field. In addition, he regularly speaks at various webinars and seminars.
Within our team, Alexander Vielwerth acts as an interface between the IT department and users by supporting the introduction of new software (Legal Tech).
Alexander Vielwerth studied law with an emphasis on German and European commercial law at the University Jena, where he is currently earning his doctorate in association law and cooperative law. He was also working as an articled clerk at the Regional Court of Darmstadt.
During his studies he was a member of the board of the student consultancy JenVision, as well as head of the legal department of the umbrella organisation of student consultancy JCNetwork and founder and managing director of JCNetwork Projektmanagement UG.
In his spare time, the father of twins prefers to spend time with his family.
