Luca Flaherty supports our Frankfurt/Main office as a legal assistant in the fields of international corporate law and U.S. immigration law. She is fluent in English and a member of WINHELLER’s U.S. Desk. She often serves as our clients' first contact on the phone, by e-mail, or in a live chat conversation.
Among other things, she assists international companies with incorporation and in matters of contract law. In addition, she is responsible for the preparation of visa applications for the USA and Germany.
After studying English linguistics and literature as well as history at the University of Heidelberg, she spent three years in the United Kingdom, where she worked for a recruitment agency, the hotel industry and the international law firm CJCH Solicitors in Cardiff. Her last position there was in the anti-piracy department, where she was entrusted with compliance concerning software licence infringements.
Before joining WINHELLER, she worked as a legal assistant at the law firm Elke Nill in Heidelberg, Germany, where she focused on international family law and criminal defense. In her spare time, she volunteers to assist family members of the U.S. Armed Forces integrate in Germany.
