Hanna Happel is responsible for the entire human resources in our firm and is the contact person for all personnel-related issues.
As a highly competent point of contact for employees, managers and applicants, Hanna Happel finds solutions to all personnel-related issues.
Her responsibilities include designing sustainable personnel strategies, employee recruitment and development as well as employer branding in order to continue to establish WINHELLER as a strong brand.
Prior to joining WINHELLER, Hanna Happel worked in personnel consulting for twelve years, eight of them in a management position. She has covered the entire process for a wide variety of companies, from employee recruitment and staff placement to support of personnel development projects.
Hanna Happel graduated in Scandinavian Studies and German as a Foreign Language at the Humboldt University of Berlin as well as at the Technical University of Berlin and completed her studies as Magistra Artium in 2008. She is also trained as a systemic business coach and organization developer. In parallel to her work, she is currently studying psychology.
