German Certified Tax Advisor Felix Herrmann works at our main office in Frankfurt/Main. He advises national and international commercial clients of various industries, sizes and legal forms as well as private individuals on all tax and business management issues. 
 
Felix Herrmann's main areas of expertise include:

• Tax returns of private and commercial investors in cryptocurrencies
• Tax valuation and treatment of cryptocurrencies
• Preparation of annual financial statements of commercial and internationally operating companies
• Business management consulting

He advises national and international clients on ongoing tax consulting. This includes, among other things, ongoing accounting, the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, individual accounting issues, ongoing advice on income tax, payroll tax and sales tax issues, and the fulfillment of declaration obligations.

Tax advisor Felix Herrmann has over 15 years of professional experience. Before joining WINHELLER, he worked for five years at KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft. There, together with his team, he fully supported scaling FinTechs, real estate companies, and internationally operating companies. 

Felix Herrmann is a trained tax clerk and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Humboldt University in Berlin.
