Marie Nolte specializes in advising nonprofit organizations, foundations and high net worth individuals. She advises the latter on inheritance and gift tax, succession planning and aspects of international tax law, among others. She also assists in the structuring of private assets, for example through the establishment of family businesses or family foundations. She also advises on the taxation of cultural institutions and artists.

Marie Nolte advises nonprofit organizations (foundations, associations, charitable LLCs) both in the context of their establishment, including the drafting of articles of association and the choice of legal form, as well as on all ongoing questions of nonprofit law and civil law.

A further focus is on legal and tax advice on real estate investments of all kinds as well as on corporate tax law.

Marie Nolte studied law - with a focus on tax law - at the Freie Universität Berlin. Her stations before and after the first state examination as well as her legal traineeship led her to various major international law firms in the field of corporate tax and nonprofit law. Before joining WINHELLER, Marie Nolte worked in the Indirect Tax Team of Deloitte GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft. Her focus was on comprehensive advice on value added tax.

Marie Nolte, who also holds a Bachelor's degree in Art History and Classical Archaeology, spends her free time restoring antiques.
