Tax advisor Verena Brenner advises medium-sized companies and private individuals at our office in Aalen. Her main areas of expertise are ongoing tax advice, tax returns, and annual financial statements for commercial enterprises.

She also places a special focus on company valuation, including the valuation of businesses and company assets within the framework of inheritance and gift tax exemption regulations, in particular in accordance with Sections 13a and 13b of the German Inheritance Tax Act (ErbStG). In addition, she is responsible for providing tax advice to family foundations. Verena Brenner also supports our clients in a wide range of legal remedies. The focus is usually on corporations, partnerships, and sole proprietorships.

Verena Brenner has been working in the field of taxation for many years: after training as a tax clerk, she studied for a bachelor's degree in “Taxation and Auditing” at Pforzheim University and then a master's degree in “Auditing and Taxation.” She then prepared for the tax advisor exam. She has been a certified tax advisor since May 2023.

In her free time, she is passionate about sports and plays tennis.
