Attorney Eva Helfenstein advises foundations and other nonprofit organizations in all matters of nonprofit and foundation law at our Frankfurt office. The focus is on boards of directors and managers of NPOs with regard to questions of statutes and liability as well as the implementation and documentation of board and committee meetings and decisions.

Eva Helfenstein drafts cooperation and sponsoring agreements. For nonprofit groups, she drafts inter-company agreements to reflect intra-group (service) performance. She advises diaconal and charitable nonprofit organizations on issues of church and assignment law.

In addition, she is active in the field of general civil law and social law and advises service providers, in particular in the area of elderly care, integration and social assistance, in matters of contract law and care home supervision.

Eva Helfenstein studied law at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz. Before joining WINHELLER, she worked for more than ten years for a large diaconal complex provider, most recently as head of the legal department.

She is married and has one daughter. She likes to spend her free time with family and friends.
