Anna Danner is a German Certified Tax Advisor and has been part of the WINHELLER team in Frankfurt/Main since April 2024. She is primarily dedicated to advising foundations and nonprofit organizations on tax law. As an experienced contact in all matters relating to tax and nonprofit law, her areas of activity include

• Ongoing tax law advice: Anna Danner supports nonprofit companies and groups in ongoing tax law matters. She covers a broad spectrum, including income tax, VAT, property tax, real estate transfer tax and international matters.
• Support with tax audits: She provides expert support for tax audits, guiding her clients through the complex processes and ensuring smooth handling.
• Structuring advice: In addition to providing tax advice on reorganization matters, including mergers and partial spin-offs, she provides support for future-proof corporate structures that adapt to legal developments and ensure compliance with nonprofit law.
• Tax transaction advice: Anna Danner has extensive experience in transaction advice in the health care and infrastructure sector. She advises on acquisitions and the integration of add-on acquisitions. Her activities include tax due diligence, tax advice on the drafting of transaction documents and the preparation of closing step plans.

Before joining WINHELLER, she worked in financial administration and also spent several years at PwC Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Frankfurt/Main. She began her academic career with a dual degree in finance. Building on this, she deepened her knowledge with a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree with a focus on international tax law.

Outside of work, Anna Danner enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is a passionate sportswoman and uses exercise as a balance to her everyday working life.
