Before joining our firm, Marie-Louise Ballázs worked for several years as an attorney in a boutique law firm specializing in employment law. She handled both individual and collective employment law cases, often in the context of large companies. She then moved into corporate practice and worked as an in-house lawyer in the field of labor relations. Her responsibilities included the design and implementation of complex co-determination and restructuring projects as well as providing employment law advice to group management. Thanks to her wide-ranging experience, Marie-Louise Ballázs assesses employment law issues from different perspectives in a holistic, solution-oriented, and practical manner.
In addition to her legal training in Germany, Marie-Louise Ballázs studied abroad in France, where she obtained a Licence de droit (Lic.Droit). She also holds both German and Swedish citizenship and maintains her Scandinavian roots with regular visits to Sweden.
