Dr. Isabella Löw is an attorney in our nonprofit team in Frankfurt/Main. She advises and represents nonprofit associations and organizations, nonprofit LLCs and cooperatives as well as foundations. Her clients also include business and professional associations as well as the public sector.

Dr. Isabella Löw has been advising nonprofit organizations for over 20 years on all issues relating to nonprofit law, in particular on the implementation of tax law requirements in accounting and annual financial statements. She supports her clients in all matters relating to articles of association and nonprofit status, particularly in the areas of sport, animal welfare, art and culture and the protection of historical monuments.

In addition, she also advises primarily on cooperations and holding structures of nonprofit organizations, e.g. in the hospital or care sector.

Isabella Löw has been an independent attorney since 2001 and has concentrated on associations, foundations and charitable LLCs since 2004. As a lecturer for the Dr. Endriss tax school, she has conducted over 200 full-day seminars on nonprofit law, among others. She studied at the University of Bayreuth and completed her doctorate at the Martin Luther University in Halle/Saale. She has been with WINHELLER since 2024.

In her spare time, she writes books, rides horses and renovates old buildings.
