German Attorney at Law and German Certified Tax Advisor Tim Florian Metzmeier brings his many years of expertise in project-related tax consulting, succession planning, and private clients to our law firm's office in Aalen.

With his extensive experience, he offers comprehensive advice and representation in all areas of tax consulting as well as corporate and asset structuring and succession.

His main areas of expertise include:

• Relocation and exit planning
• Real estate tax law

Before joining WINHELLER, Tim Florian Metzmeier had been working as an attorney since 2018 and as a tax advisor since 2023. His professional career took him to the law firms GSK Stockmann, Zirngibl, and Osborne Clarke in Munich. He also gained valuable in-house experience as head of tax and accounting at a single family family office.

He completed his law studies at Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen. During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart, he completed internships in tax law at GSK Stockmann and the Regional Finance Office in Karlsruhe, among others.

Tim Florian Metzmeier enjoys spending his free time with his family and playing soccer and golf. He is also passionate about American football.
