German Attorney at Law and German Certified Tax Advisor Martina Weisheit brings almost two decades of expertise in succession planning and private clients to our firm. With her extensive experience, she offers comprehensive advice and representation in all areas of business and asset succession with a focus on family-run companies, their shareholders and wealthy private individuals.

• Asset succession with international implications, including advice on trust structures and foreign family foundations
• Relocation and departure planning
• Foundation and nonprofit law, in particular the establishment and ongoing management of (family) foundations

• Settlement of estates and inheritance disputes

Before joining our firm, Martina Weisheit had already been working as an attorney since 2006 and additionally as a tax advisor since 2012. Her professional career has taken her through renowned law firms and companies, including Rittershaus, Ebner Stolz Mönning Bachem Partnerschaft mbB, Ernst & Young Law GmbH and K & L Gates LLP in the area of succession planning/private clients. She also gained valuable experience at Ernst & Young GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in the area of foundation and nonprofit law.

In the course of her many years of professional activity, Martina Weisheit has built up impressive expertise in advising on complex succession planning and international asset structures. Her combination of legal and tax expertise enables her to develop holistic solutions for the diverse challenges of asset and business succession.

In her free time, Martina Weisheit likes to recharge her batteries by hiking in the mountains and swimming. She finds relaxation in classical music and jazz, and new inspiration when traveling and at art exhibitions.
