Benjamin Pfaffenberger specializes in employment law and advises on all individual and collective law issues. His main practice areas are contract drafting and advising on cross-border employment relationships in the area of New Work.

Benjamin Pfaffenberger has professional experience both out of court and in court

• in the termination of employment relationships (notice of termination and termination agreement),
• in compensation issues, in particular in the area of granting or refusing (voluntary) special payments as well as
• in the drafting and negotiation of works agreements.

In this context, he advises on all (social security) legal issues and drafts the necessary contracts and declarations. He mainly advises the employer side, the statutory representatives of companies in matters of service contract law and executive employees in matters of labor law. 

Prior to joining WINHELLER, he worked for renowned international law firms with a focus on employment law.
