Ellen Pusch specializes in employment law and inheritance law at our Munich office. She drafts and optimizes employment agreements as well as specific types of termination agreements and assists with restructuring projects and M&A transactions (transfers of undertakings).

She has extensive experience in court and out-of-court in matters relating to the termination (fixed term, dismissal) of employment/service relationships, status issues, warnings, working time regulations, liability issues, equal treatment requirements, false self-employment, classification and transfer, disputes over references and target agreements - always taking into account related social security law issues.

Ellen Pusch primarily advises companies and employers, whom she supports not least in the event of disputes with works councils and other staff representatives.

She also passes on her practical knowledge as a speaker, e.g. in seminars for executives and those interested in estate planning.

Before joining WINHELLER, she worked for many years for the Bauer Media Group in Hamburg as an in-house legal advisor and for SOS Children's Villages worldwide in Munich as an inheritance law specialist. Ellen Pusch studied law at the University of Augsburg.
