Senior Tax Consultant Malika May specializes in reorganization tax law and international tax law at our Frankfurt office.

She advises individuals, companies and organizations on tax issues with cross-border implications, as well as on immigration and emigration projects and the operation of domestic branches. In this context, she deals with both German and foreign tax law as well as double taxation agreements.

Her main areas of expertise include:

• Sales tax and income tax law
• Support during tax audits and restructuring
• Subsequent tax declaration of income within the framework of voluntary disclosures exempting domestic and foreign entrepreneurs and crypto investors from punishment

Malika May first studied British law (Commercial Law, B.A., University of Westminster) and then specialized in German tax law (Business & Law in Accounting and Taxation, LL.M., RheinMain University of Applied Sciences). Before joining WINHELLER, she worked for the major international law firm Baker McKenzie in Frankfurt.
