WINHELLER Christmas Campaign 2024
Christmas is a time of giving and sharing - an opportunity to help those who need support the most. This year, we as a law firm would like to do something good together with you. With our Christmas campaign, you decide how much we support which charitable organization.
We have selected three committed organizations from among our clients who put their heart and soul into their projects and charitable purposes. Vote and help us to distribute our budget of EUR 6,000. Every vote helps to bring about positive change and spread a little Christmas cheer.
The following NPOs are available for selection:
Terre des Hommes Deutschland e.V.
The children's rights organization Terre des Hommes campaigns for the protection of children's rights in 47 countries worldwide. The organization fights exploitation, promotes education and health, supports refugee children and is committed to environmental protection. It works with local partners to sustainably improve the living conditions of children.
With our Christmas campaign, we are supporting a project for young people in Mali, where there is high unemployment and a lack of training opportunities. The Terre des Hommes aid project promotes education and career opportunities in training centers, arranges internships and supports the young people during their training. They are then helped to set up small businesses or find permanent employment.

KlinikClowns Bayern e.V.
KlinikClowns Bayern e.V. organizes regular visits by specially trained clowns to hospitals, retirement homes and care facilities. The aim is to make sick children, elderly people and patients laugh with humor in order to support their healing process. The clowns provide distraction, create emotional relief and strengthen the mental well-being of patients.
Our support is mainly used to provide emotional support for children to give them a break from everyday hospital life. The humorous and empathetic encounters with the hospital clowns help to reduce anxiety, increase well-being and contribute to recovery. The clowns adapt to the children's individual needs and state of health so that each child is encouraged in a special way.

WWF Deutschland
The WWF has been fighting for the preservation of biodiversity and a healthy planet as the foundation of our future for over 60 years. It is active worldwide for more climate protection and the preservation of important habitats such as forests, oceans and rivers to protect endangered species. This includes projects against land grabbing in primeval forests, for the sustainable use of resources and to stop the flood of plastic.
We are specifically supporting a project in which the WWF is removing so-called ghost nets from the Baltic Sea, which pollute the ecosystem and endanger marine animals. Specialized divers and boats retrieve these abandoned nets and dispose of them in an environmentally friendly manner. In this way, the WWF is making an important contribution to protecting marine biodiversity and reducing plastic pollution.
