Friederike Eck brings over a decade of expertise in employment law to our law firm. With her extensive experience, she offers comprehensive advice and representation in all areas of individual and collective employment law with a focus on the employer side.

Her main areas of advice include

• Drafting contracts of all kinds, in particular the drafting and optimization of employment contracts including supplementary agreements, service contracts, including managing director and management board contracts, in particular also taking into account legal peculiarities in connection with nonprofit organizations
• Termination of employment relationships, remuneration issues including special payments and other bonuses, vacation law issues, transfers/direction law, warnings and reference matters
• Drafting and negotiating works agreements, consultation procedures in connection with dismissals
• Temporary employment, in particular with regard to the application for or renewal of a license and the legal requirements to be observed in this regard, as well as representation in defending against revocation/refusal of a license before the competent authorities and courts

Before joining our law firm, Friederike Eck had already worked for ten years as an attorney in employment law in other law firms, most recently in a medium-sized law firm, which also focused on representing employers. Prior to this, she worked in a boutique law firm specializing in employment law, where she also represented works councils and employees.

In the course of her many years of professional experience in employment law, she has advised and represented her clients both in and out of court before all bodies and instances and is therefore very familiar with the procedures and practical particularities of the various types of proceedings (e.g. judgment, order, enforcement, complaint, appeal and revision proceedings as well as in conciliation and approval proceedings) from various perspectives.
