Attorney Meike Hagel advises wealthy individuals and companies on national and international tax law at our Frankfurt/Main office. She represents our clients in tax authority and fiscal court proceedings and is active in the following areas, among others:

• Corporate tax law
• Cross-border tax law matters (in particular double taxation agreements and foreign tax law)
• Value added tax law in national, European and third country cases
• Inheritance and gift tax law for national and international asset and company successions
• Taxation of crypto assets

She also provides preventive advice in criminal tax law matters.

Meike Hagel studied law at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Koblenz. During her studies and legal clerkship, she focused on tax law and public commercial law.

In her free time, she enjoys sports and creative activities.
