U.S. Company Mesa Laboratories expands presence in Germany and Europe

Frankfurt / Main, 17 October 2017 – WINHELLER has successfully supported Mesa Laboratories, Inc., based in Colorado, USA, at the purchase of SIMICON GmbH in Munich. SIMICON manufactures both cleaning and biological indicators, which will be integrated into Mesa’s Biological Indicators Division. Bio-indicators are used to test the effectiveness of sterilization processes. The acquisition expands Mesa’s presence in Germany and throughout Europe. Going forward, Mesa will continue to operate from SIMICON’s Munich facility using the existing SIMICON management, personnel and processes.
