29.04.2019 - WINHELLER Becomes a Founding Member of the International Token Standardization Association (ITSA) and strengthens its team of advisors

Dr. Sebastian von Allwörden moves from CMS Hasche Sigle to the corporate law firm WINHELLER as Of Counsel

Frankfurt/Main, April 29, 2019 – At the beginning of March 2019,Dr. Sebastian von Allwörden moved from CMS Hasche Sigle to the business law firm WINHELLLER as Of Counsel. Von Allwörden is a Certified Specialist for Banking and Capital Markets Law and has extensive experience in advising national and international credit and financial services institutions on regulatory issues. One of Dr. von Allwörden’s main focuses are cryptographic currencies such as Bitcoin and Ether, including so-called Initial Coin Offerings (ICO) and Security Token Offerings (STO). He is part of a six-person team of advisors led by Dr. Annette Wagemann.
