Consolidation in the customs clearance market

Frankfurt / Main, 6 July 2017 – WINHELLER has successfully supported Canaria Holding GmbH on the sale of SEK Zollagentur GmbH to KGH Customs Services. SEK Zollagentur, headquartered in Frankfurt / Main, is a specialist for customs clearance of airfreight operating at several German airports (Frankfurt / Main, Munich, Berlin).

KGH Customs Services is a Europe-wide provider of customs clearance services, headquartered in Sweden. KGH is owned by Bridgepoint Development Capital, an internationally operating private equity group. By the acquisition of SEK Zollagentur GmbH, KGH Customs Services GmbH strengthens its position on the German market. All parties involved have agreed not to disclose any information on the purchase price.
