U.S. Company Mesa Laboratories further expands presence in Germany and Europe

Frankfurt/Main, 29 November 2017 – WINHELLER has successfully supported Mesa Laboratories, Inc., based in Colorado, USA, at the purchase of the Hygiene Monitoring Business of BAG Health Care GmbH in Lich, Germany. After the acquisition of Simicon GmbH in Munich in October 2017, this is the second M&A transaction for Mesa Laboratories supported by WINHELLER within a short time.

Mesa, based in Denver, Colorado, offers solutions for quality control and analysis in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and food industry as well as work safety and environmental monitoring. Mesa offers products and services through four divisions: Sterilization and Disinfection Control, Instruments, Cold Chain Monitoring and Cold Chain Packaging.

With the acqusisition of the BAG Health Care Hygiene Monitoring business Mesa strengthens it’s position in the German and European markets, in partcicular in the area of sterilization and disinfection control and in the hospital markets.
